  1. Activate the extension: Add Blur It to your browser and enter your active license key to unlock the tool.

  2. Navigate to your dashboard: Open the webpage, CRM, or customer list you plan to share on your Zoom call.

  3. Apply the blur: Click the Blur It icon to open the menu. You can either use the Smart Blur toggle to instantly detect and hide all email addresses on the page at once, or use the element selector to manually hover and click specific emails.

  4. Adjust your selections: Click directly on any blurred item to instantly toggle the blur off if you made a mistake or need to reveal it temporarily.
